Scott Rogers

Trial Attorney

Overview And Experience

Before founding Mitchell Rogers Injury Law with Will, Scott was a partner at a highly respected national law firm, and one of the primary trial lawyers at the firm’s Las Vegas office. In this capacity, he defended Fortune 500 companies, mainly insurance companies, in personal injury cases that involved multi-million-dollar claims. As a defense lawyer, Scott successfully litigated hundreds and hundreds of cases on behalf of these large corporations, and built a reputation as a tireless and aggressive litigator who effectively achieved the results that his corporate clients wanted.

But Scott grew tired of helping multi-billion-dollar corporations save money at the expense of everyday folks who were injured because someone or some business did something wrong. Therefore, Scott and Will decided to dedicate their careers to the injured, and in May of 2023, they opened Mitchell Rogers Injury Law.

While Scott has represented people accused of crimes and has been hired by small business to provide general counsel, Scott is a trial lawyer first and foremost. Scott had his first jury trial in law school. As a law student certified by the Oregon Supreme Court, he achieved a not guilty verdict for a Guatemalan immigrant who had been charged with a crime he didn’t commit. Before reaching the ten-year anniversary of his law school graduation, Scott had tried well over 20 jury trials, a remarkably high number in such a short period of time.

When Scott isn’t working, he’s with his wife Trish and their 4 kids. While traveling isn’t easy with 4 kids, Scott loves experiencing other cultures and is fluent in Spanish, having spent two years in Chile as a missionary, and two months in Argentina as a clerk at the Buenos Aires office of a multinational law firm.

Several large corporations have trusted Scott to take cases to trial where they stood to lose millions of dollars. He is very familiar with the defenses large corporations make to save money and avoid compensating injury victims. Scott is grateful that he and Will are now able to turn the tables, and help injury victims instead of helping big business keep money in their pockets. Let Scott show you the difference his skill, experience, and work ethic can make in your case.
